Welcome to Stockholm and one of the world’s most beautiful capitals. Built on 14 islands around one of Europe’s largest and best-preserved medieval city centres, the Swedish capital is superbly positioned, with stunning and extremely varied scenery in every direction. Stockholm is a city of contrasts – water and islands, history and innovation, small town and big city, long light summer nights and short winter days. Thanks to the city´s compact size, you can see and do most things in a short space of time – which makes it a perfect destination for city breaks or longer stays.
21,098 meters is a real challenge, at the same time it is a distance most people can manage with the right training. Ramboll Stockholm Half Marathon has a unique course where we start and finish just outside the Royal Palace. During the race you will pass many of Stockholm’s most famous landmarks and historic buildings like the Karlberg’s Castle, the City Hall, the Royal Palace, the Swedish Parliament and the Royal Opera House. Stockholm Half Marathon has a fast and flat course, perfect for your new 21,1K personal best.

Rules & Regulations

After Race Services Drinks, fruits and other snacks, to help you refuel and recover "After Race" celebrations.
Age Limit Minimum age is 18 years.
Aid Stations Medical service is available for the runners along the course and at the finish area. Massage service is also available at the finish area.
Award Medals At the finish you will receive the Ramboll Stockholm Halfmarathon exclusive medal and finisher T-shirt as a proof that you have completed the race.
Maximum Time 2 hours and 45 minutes.
Refreshments Along the course there are several refreshment stations which will serve sports drink and water.
Timing Chip timing. Additionally available tracking service for runners who carry their smartphones (GPS) – fun for family and friends to follow your progress.
Transport Runners and their friends and families are advised to use public transport.
Fees
NOVELTY! FINISHER SHIRT INCLUDED
New for this edition is that a finisher shirt is included in the registration fee. T-shirt is the perfect proof that you have conquered the city! If you do not want one, you can opt out when you make your application. Then we donate SEK 50 (~4.70 EUR) to the Runner Academy instead .
